In an effort to provide a complete and comprehensive inspection and transaction for you and your client the information below is necessary for expediting this process. This inspection confirmation will be submitted directly to us when you click the “Send Form” button below. The report will be available on the website, usually within 24 hours, which you may access with the inspection number that you will be given at the time of your inspection. Receipt of this completed form confirms the inspection date and client/agent acknowledgment/confirmation of the Service Agreement with American Certified Home Inspection, LLC. In our attempt to provide a more complete service, all fields must be filled in to bill through escrow. An additional $50.00 fee will be added when billing through escrow.
